We collect data you give us directly, for example your email, account details, optional form answers and messages you send us.

When you buy a list, we record the details needed to confirm your access: purchased product, payment status, currency, purchase date and session identifiers provided by Stripe.

When you use Farmate, we may record navigation and usage data: pages viewed, searches, filters, contact actions, language preferences, browser technical data and logs needed to keep the service working.

We use this data to create your account, verify purchases, unlock purchased lists, send useful emails, improve farm lists, understand search journeys and protect the service.

We may also use your email to send Farmate resources or service information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Farmate does not store full card numbers. Stripe only sends us the information needed to confirm payment and manage your access.

Farmate relies on third party services to host, secure, measure and operate the service.

• Supabase for authentication, data storage and access management.
• Stripe for payments and receipts.
• Resend for email delivery.
• PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand product usage.
• Vercel for hosting and technical logs.

We keep account and purchase data while your account exists or while it is needed to provide access, meet obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service.

Analytics data may be kept in aggregated or pseudonymous form so we can improve Farmate without directly identifying a person.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or limit certain uses of your data. Some data may need to be kept where required for law, security or accounting.
